2014 Photos

I am starting a page to post some of my favorite photos all in one easy to locate place.

These photos were taken in 2014 for the most part. For 2015 I plan to attempt to capture a photo of every single carp I catch. Hopefully I can number them too and keep an easy count of the numbers I catch throughout the year. I almost hit 150 in 2014, so it might be difficult to duplicate it for 2015. I'm shooting for 175. Wish me luck!

My name is Brian Pearcy and I fish for common carp.

If you are like most of the people in my family, close friends and a few co-workers I have told about my carp fishing exploits; you might not be familiar with fishing for carp. You might be familiar with or previously fished for bluegill, crappie, bass, catfish, walleye, or some salt water species; but unless you already fish for carp you may not realize their true potential as a sport fish.

Please keep an open mind while reading my carp fishing blog. I’ll do my best to convince you that the common carp are getting a bad rap sometimes. Hopefully I'll convince you that fishing for carp is a great idea.

I plan to post my carp fishing pictures, highlights from various fishing venues I visit, results, equipment reviews, observations, and anything else I think might be interesting about carp fishing.
