Candidate for October Discovery Month for C.A.G.

I think I'm going to give Pavilion Shore Park on Walled Lake a try during October Discovery month for C.A.G.

I think so, but I can only go on what I know of Wolverine Lake from my friend who tells me Wolverine is loaded with carp. I'll have to go out and try it to know for sure.

well, as far as I know, Walled Lake is a private lake. That means no fishing access from the shore. And there are 100000000 boats in that lake. I would be very interested to know if there is carp there and if you find any decent fishing spots. Hell, let me know when you wanna go fishing and I'll come. I live 1 mile away from that lake and I am tired of driving to Belleville or Ford. I would be a very happy man if we could fish for carp at Walled Lake

I am pretty sure there is public access from Pavilion Shore Park.

Funny thing about Belleville. I live about 1 1/2 miles from the lake and I have yet to catch a carp there.

My name is Brian Pearcy and I fish for common carp.

If you are like most of the people in my family, close friends and a few co-workers I have told about my carp fishing exploits; you might not be familiar with fishing for carp. You might be familiar with or previously fished for bluegill, crappie, bass, catfish, walleye, or some salt water species; but unless you already fish for carp you may not realize their true potential as a sport fish.
